Both are designed by Simon Crannage, Executive Chef, at the award winning Yorkshire Dales, castle hotel, Swinton Park at Masham. All the essential ingredients are either grown in the walled gardens of the hotel or sourced from the surrounding area. The stock shots are completely free from salt or preservatives; they will take up hardly any room in your freezer but will give your gravy, sauce, soup or stew a special depth and density of flavour. And at only £3 for 5 shots we think that is real Yorkshire value for money. The shots are available in beef, chicken or veal. Simon has also applied the same theory to a range of ready made frozen jus’s and a fruit coulis.
