Carefully selected herbs and spices come from the wonderful Steenbergs Organic, who ethically source spices from around the globe. Glendale Ginger make a lovely peppery cordial from an ancient Yorkshire recipe.
Our array of beers and wines will amaze you - all from Yorkshire and all absolutely fabulous, with their own personality. Sloe gin and Ampleforth's potent cider are also part of the Fodder selection.
